Which is why it makes sense to have the happy ending where he runs away. However. A great batman story is written with Batman as the main character and bruce wayne as an alter ego. On top of that, Batman should be written as a horror noir movie starring the villain. Take that villian make him as scary as possible until you have a great horror movie. Then you write in Batman as the scariest mother fucker of the whole movie. oh and Batman never quits and runs off with a girl. ever. like thats why 75 years later hes still batmanno he outsmarted him by pulling at his mask long enough to get shanked. which you d think Bane would be able to handle the pain without the high tech gear from a hole in the desert long enough to fight Batman. they ruined bane btw also. I mean the main guy dresses like a bat. why does everyone feel the need to change shit so much. i mean Bane is like one of the characters that actually would work in the nolan verse, but he changes Banes whole background just to make a reference to a lazarus pit. Part of the whole point of the movie is that Bane really was just a minion and not a kingpin the whole time since Talia was the true mastermind. you were the one who said batman beat Bane in hand to hand in the end. My entire point was that batman didnt effect the plot of the movie. Other than being the one who wrote the autopilot script. I mean lets say that bruce wayne didnt make it back form the pit and for some reason Fox decided to come up with a signal blocker on his own. Which why would a man who could make something like that in a few hours spend months inn gotham with a bomb running without having the thought. The movie would play out entirely the same. Gotham is still in shit shape and wayne is long gone. One of the biggest problems i had with this movie is that they made Bane into a minion. Bane is suppose to be Batmans equal. There are no core Bane qualities to Bane other than that hes strong. I mean Batman and Robin had a more accurate Bane and thats a terrible thing to say. If you drop the name and the mask you dont have Bane anymore. they spent an entire movie making Bane into a super villian,moncler outlet italia Silk Ro, only to throw all that out at the end of the movie for a M. Knight Twist(see what i did there). and did i mention that its the same plot as the first movie. look. I saw dark knight at midnight with joker face paint and then preceded to watch a shitty cam almost daily for weeks after. That movie was a masterpiece. Rises while exciting and entertaining, it also sucked. The other day was the first time watching it since i saw it in theaters. Its not a masterpiece,doudoune parajumpers pjs What, its a guilty pleasure at best. It could have easily been two movies. The montage at the end that spans 5 months does nothing to give you the feel that gothams been left to fend for them selfs. there no sense of urgency other than a time bomb. I dont know if you ve read No Man Land, but they totally ripped off the plot without keeping any of the details that made it a great story. Also they already used the whole baddies running free on an island in the first the movie. In reality, i think it came down to limitation after ledger death. I think its safe to assume he would have been in more Batman movies if he was still alive. Rises seems like they mashed the next few movies together. And i think the most important thing that one walks away from Rises with is that Nolan is not making anymore. Also why the fuck did Batman quit at the end of Dark Knight? What batman do you know that quits. In Begins he goes out and fights mobsters and ninjas, but after fighting joker he just decides hes too good to fight regular crime or something? OR was it done to show that no one can really be batman, which defeats the point of all the movies. Or was it because, like with many choice made for this film, it was done to make a reference to a comic book.
