covers an area of 3600 acres of "key project" is used in the primary land market development model. Government first through land development rights and market forces companies to sell a certain area of cooperation, use of corporate investment in land purchasing and storage, housing demolition and infrastructure, hogan donna, and then the net to bring public auction, and the final premium companies into . It is reported that this "will not increase government debt," the financing will be widely used in Ningguo future urban construction. But in some public welfare projects, seeking land expected commercial companies often "not interested." In order to attract business investment, Ningguo government attempts to these engineering and development value of land surrounded by a whole package into a project, to the public competition, "who compete to development rights, who cooperate with the government." In addition to continuing to do the land of the article, Ningguo through diversified financing.

promote the construction of urban development." March 2013, the State Council approved, hogan uomo, Ningguo Economic and Technological Development Zone officially upgraded to a national, became the county's first state-level development zones in Anhui Province, is to build an area of 16 square kilometers, nearly 1,hogan uomo,200 enterprises settled. Currently, hogan scarpe, the national development zones are in accordance with the "industrial agglomeration, distinctive" requirements, accelerate the construction of electronic information, auto parts and equipment manufacturing, modern agriculture and food, medicine, modern commercial logistics and headquarters economy five major professional characteristics of the park, scarpe hogan, to build production integration of the city's industrial town, city district. In recent years, the development zone in the transformation and upgrading in accordance with the "industrialization and urbanization synchronization, hogan uomo, both parks and urban development" concept of development, hogan donna, and actively promote the integration of production city, and has invested in the construction of the zone primary schools.

we established a number of joint ventures and cooperation projects. For example, in 2007 the establishment of Ningguo Water Company Limited, hogan online, is by the Shenzhen Municipal Water Investment Company to TOT (transfer - operate - transfer) investment operations way. Relying on the Shenzhen Water strong financial strength and excellent technical team, water purification facilities and other "technology live" are handed over to companies to do, local government is only responsible for pipeline construction, rental fee charged. This government procurement of services in the field of urban construction model.

Ningguo year land transfer is only about one billion. "Ningguo 'land finance' share is not high." Liufa Ming told the "decision." On the other hand, hogan scarpe, with the country in recent years to control the gradual strengthening of government debt this year, the National Investment Company Ningguo the first allowed to issue 1.3 billion city to vote bonds will be used to improve the structure of government debt rather than invest on new projects. "We have two years in urban development mainly explore diversified investment mechanism, hogan scarpe, to market financing." he said. Ningguo new urbanization in promoting the process of development and construction of Fung-cultural business district, is a highlight. The total investment of more than 6 billion.

both to ensure that people drink safe water, but also saves the government funding. And the introduction of private capital in the field of urban greening strategy is more subtle. Fast Track Ningguo high-speed ports park entrance straight segment a total length of 5.5 kilometers Wang Xi,hogan outlet, wide on both sides of the road is full of green, and these "trees, hogan donna," the special is that they are not in place for life, hogan uomo, "guard." According to a nursery stock company contracted the construction of some sections of the green person in charge, hogan outlet, they were allowed free tree planting in the road on both sides of the specified range, to ensure the greening standard part of the premise can be removed trees per year as revenue. This will not only achieve the greening effect, hogan uomo, but also save a lot of money in green funds. "Private capital into urban construction, we must find a legitimate, appropriate channel." Liufa Ming said. With the recent Central gradual liberalization of access to a range of private capital, private capital in infrastructure construction, hogan scarpe, city information transformation, production and integration of the city such as "making money" will be more and more opportunities. Production integration of the city for the people's livelihood Ningguo four consecutive years was named the "Top Ten 'two types' (resource-saving and environment-friendly) small cities" in the local officials, this is this industrial county "gold standard," said country While economic development and construction of the city, outlet hogan online, not to the expense of the environment, in turn, economic development is to continue to protect the environment and use of natural resources to create the conditions. In urban construction, rather than the size of the country and the general county than body mass, compared with the characteristics of cities, hogan uomo, more than taste. "Urban development Ningguo City integration capacity in accordance with the following requirements for the industry to provide a better investment environment, life support. Industrial development will absorb employment population.
