Surrounding environment of the garage roof was smashed, "anti-cast net" filthy reporters crown land were taken over the road to pull the "anti-cast net" Hey go on the road, a bag of rubbish "pop jack" about wrestling in front of their own, no matter who will be the heart of fire, if the garbage unfortunately hit his body, I'm afraid things are more difficult to manage. Talk about the city's "high-altitude parabolic," we are hated, destroyed the surrounding environment is not to say, very likely to cause harm to the people downstairs. & Nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; For this uncivilized behavior, we have been looking for ways to reduce the harm it brings, and Hangzhou, a cell,http://1973523.info/cgi/warp/apeboard_plus.cgi/, even for this purpose pulled a 60 m long "anti-cast net", this "wonderful network "After being sun to the network, it has attracted wide attention. □ reporter Lu crown were interns Helin "Anti-cast nets," about 60 meters to residential buildings like The thin strip "Apron" Yesterday afternoon,http://lash-rash.com, the reporter went to Hangzhou silkworm Yongqing Square Garden district. Pull up "anti-cast net" of 22 residential buildings, located in the northern district, close to the pond on the elevated, this building has 20 layers. When a reporter approached this building, see the top right-hand lane road building location about three meters, sideways a green nylon mesh, do the following with a steel frame, concrete pouring baidunzi, it looks quite secure. Nylon mesh width of 5 m, covered with pavement extend all the way forward, reporters along the nylon net to move forward from the right until you come to the north end of the building, estimated at almost 60 meters long, from afar, it is residential buildings like The thin strip apron general. Reporters previously seen online, silkworm garden district pulled this nylon net, is to "deal with" household altitude parabolic, from the picture point of view, a lot of garbage nylon pocket online. However, the reporter yesterday in this "anti-cast net" but did not see large pieces of garbage, has been cleaned up significantly, peuterey outlet, not only clean out some of the hanging pieces of paper. In contrast, outside nylon mesh region, the case sent a lot: 22 inhabitants ceiling filthy, in the green belt, there are a lot of garbage residue, including broken glass, broken tiles, paper, etc., some branches also spared ; on the lower floors 2nd floor, 3rd floor, etc. facade walls, tiffany italia, also find a number of plastic bags hanging; the ceiling next to the underground parking garage broken a lot of holes, in ruins. Clearly, the phenomenon of "high-altitude parabolic" in this building residential buildings is very serious. "Anti-cast network" anti-lived high-altitude garbage, but can not guard altitude parabolic When "visit" anti-cast net, the reporter met the 22 residents living in Wang Dabo. Wang Dabo live on the 5th floor, although not personally seen someone throwing trash down from upstairs, but can often hear the sound of smashing down stuff upstairs, "This situation has been ten years, and certainly some people lazy convenience directly upstairs to throw garbage, I heard that there are people being left to the garbage hit over it. " Several residents around the argument and Wang Dabo almost. Subsequently, the reporter met in the afternoon not far from just cleaning staff sanitation work, "I do cleaning in this district has been five years, upstairs down the garbage disposal of the case have always been." Tiana Yi told reporters This building above household garbage almost every day, "every day I was cleaning the following, so much garbage, do not know in the end is who threw elsewhere district where I cleaned only once a day, but this place twice a day job. " Tiana Yi said that cleaning is not an easy living in 22 buildings, often on tenterhooks, "One time I just turned around and was out two steps away, a porcelain basin upstairs fell down, broken in one place, the I break out in a cold sweat. "In addition, bottles, bricks, wood down throw things rare, said:." see garbage in there, do not do not pick up picking is not, afraid to pick up and Something dropped, and does not pick up is not in place, indescribably suck. " About this new anti-pull throw nets, Tiana Yi told reporters that the network is filled with the property company, there are about two months, woolrich outlet, and unfortunately, this network is still not able to reduce the misdemeanors altitude parabolic, "now online Garbage is made to clean up the property, but the installed network, their habit of throwing things did not change, according to the throw is not wrong. " Network equipment and vehicles to protect residents,http://bbs.13gm.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=110800&fromuid=9147, property that they had agreed to give the majority of households Anti-throwing garbage can Douzhu network, it seems reasonable, but count as "illegal construction" mean? With this question, the reporter interviewed the director of the Garden District Property Management Department silkworm cause Bao Zhang. Zhang Bao told reporters induced,http://www.0931yd.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=308&fromuid=138, anti-cast net is early October 2014, when the start installed, installed there two months time, hogan outlet online, "We have consulted the urban management department, also coordinated through the police and households with more than two-thirds households agreed to install, so there is no problem of illegal construction. " Zhang caused Paul to say, install anti-cast net is mainly to prevent altitude parabolic, but it is still to protect the parked below the car, "did not pull net, residential private car here, often suffer from upstairs altitude parabolic attacked the car cause damage, the owners and we are helpless, because they can not perpetrators. "Zhang Bao bluntly cause, in addition to protecting the district parking, anti-cast net protecting the safety of residents crossing. Why altitude parabolic repeated it? Zhang Bao said the cause,http://www.51yam.com/home.php?mod=spacecp&ac=blog&blogid=, the case 22 is rather special, a total of 21 floors, there are more than 200 households, most of the residents in Zhejiang jute mill, move back to households Hangsi Union, together with many tenants, staff relatively mixed, monitor downstairs also not shoot upstairs of behavior, so they work hard to carry out,http://www.xencent.com/cn/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=61031,peuterey prezzi, "the property and the community posted notices, also visited door to door-to-door, greeting, the problem is still not resolved." "Replacing the protective net spent about 30,http://www.jinyou8.com/thread-381693-1-1.html,000 yuan, in fact, and half to be installed." Zhang induced Bao told reporters, after the anti-cast net installed, although the parked vehicle safety, but the phenomenon altitude parabolic or can not be solved, he said, Property companies will continue to strengthen and household communication, appealed to all to maintain cell sanitation. Guard is rubbish Not guard the abuse Altitude parabolic, it is an uncivilized behavior, and will bring great harm to society, in order to protect personal and property safety of residents, and forced to pull an "anti-cast net" in the district, under some may sound ridiculous, reusable careful thought, but it makes us feel sad that this had to arouse reflection. "Anti-cast nets," the news these days caused users of discussion, the reporter found that everyone's views fairly uniform, have expressed a high-altitude parabolic discontent and disgust. Some people say that all the neighbors should convene a meeting for discussion and supervise it. It was also suggested that the camera can be installed under the foundation, found a case of handling a case, the first warning criticism, second to endanger public safety processing when the property rectification ineffective, by the community police station. It is worth mentioning that, according to 2010 implementation of the "People's Republic of China Tort Liability Act," Article 87 states: throwing items from the building or objects falling from the building causes damage to others, it is difficult to determine the specific tortfeasor ,http://hyper5.amuser.net/~youknow/limelight/kobato/bbs6/custombbs.cgi/nYppXQIdCTVxRjqL/, in addition to be able to prove that they are not infringing outside person, compensation may harm the building by the use of people. In addition, if the altitude parabolic, causing property, personal injury, property management company is not a bit of responsibility he did not, but bear some responsibility for compensation under certain conditions.
