The increased dragonfire sounds sufficiently difficult, especially if she more likely to spawn firewalls that also hurt more.<br><br>And, finally, the rewards. Given the nature of QBD consistent money making now, I don think it should get the new rare drop of a weapon attachment. Also, 300k 400k is nowhere near enough for how long the fight will take, unless rare/uncommon drops are quite valuable.
