1. After wearing it 6 weeks, full lace wigs with silk top, I think the hair is still easy to maintain. The hair still has a natural look and bounce. It's not as soft as it was initially. My only 2 negatives about this hair is (1) that the crown of my head is so matted up, it's practically uncombable. I tried taking a picture of it,glueless full lace human hair wigs, but it really doesn't show in picture, buy full lace wigs online, which has been a blessing or else I would have taken this hair out already. Lastly (2) the shedding is REDICULOUS! Every time I brush, comb, remy full lace wigs with baby hair, or finger comb I get huge balls of hair. The shedding started for me after week 1 and has continued since.

Despite the prevalence of prophylactic periwigs, ultimately their use led to fashion by way of vanity. Wigs found cosmetic use in 1624 when the French king, full lace wigs human hair on sale, Louis the XIII - known as "Louis the Bald" ("Flip Your Wig") - began wearing one to cover up his onset baldness. In the mid 1600s Louis the XIV decided the practice was an amusing one, and from there the popularity of wig-wearing by the rich and powerful took off. The fashion arrived in England in 1663 and was adopted by the court of Charles II (McLaren 242-243).

Most if the modern wigs available in the market undergo a general cuticle stripping process which is known as an acid bath. When the acid bath is completed, a silicon covering is generally placed over the sheath of the extensions in order to give it a faux sense of the sheen. At the same, the silicone finally wears off when the hair is washed and dried. As mentioned earlier the cuticle remains intact so that a woman can rest assured that her Remy extension will remain lustrous for many months to come.
