"Please do not say migrant Spring Festival, migrant workers is discriminatory appellation, we organized the show is working." This is a different kind of Spring Festival organizer Sun Heng and Wang Zhi, had begun the practice of using correct media say, to answer questions as start. From January 8 began, Sun Heng bursts of nearly 50 micro-blog, content and work the show about "in Pi Village new workers theater organized 'working Spring Festival', because of the arrival Cui brother give us inspiration and strength!" January 9 evening 9:21,http://www.ito.dz/spip.php?article74, Wang Chi Spring Festival Highlights the work made on the microblogging. The video you can see, Cui an opening purposely a slip of the tongue, "China Central Television, and welcome to 2012 Spring Festival." " In fact, woolrich outlet online, participants mind clear, Cui end of busy, can be really hard to say. Sun Heng recalled that the day of the show to work, when he took cui new workers into the skin village theater, and my heart is still very disturbed. "He presided over so many large party, our theater can accommodate 200 people, even the air conditioning did not, but I remember, he said,http://thomassankara.net/spip.php?article1517, into the theater feeling particularly comfortable, which is our only worry." There are tears comic pay talks pay talks Although this footage only 7 minute, you can still see "Cui humor" mark. "The show has a routine, the routine is the Spring Festival a year so the Spring Festival, we have any grievances you down, cheer up. You see the following program is especially good on special warmth, called" I want revenge. "" "Hello, everyone, is Guo Degang Devon community, we are saying the German club, clouds and saying mean thing he has said." Wang Yuan Zhi and Sun partner in this comic, the story of a migrant workers recover unpaid wages of story - the boss Wages do not give workers the outset want to learn martial arts, pay talks with his fist upon graduation, and later still go formal channels, to the labor inspectorate complaints. After reading it, cui own way to praise the actor, "I like this comic, especially ground gas. In fact, to play it, not how many times stronger than Guo Degang." In fact, behind this comic, Wang Zhi is his sad story. This year 35-year-old Wang Zhi from Inner Mongolia, in December 1995, he secretly took home 700 dollars, bought a train ticket to Beijing. When he was on the show, he said the ideal comic, but he is waiting for the armed police guarded the door to CCTV, "six months before the program has been finalized, and come back next year." After the "Spring Festival Evening Dream" failed, aiming nearby CCTV Wang got a job washing dishes at night slept on the fight from the dinner table, covered with a layer thin quilts, often wake up cold. In 1998, Wang aim at a hotel cook, nike air max 90, and fellow owner quarreled with predictable results, he not only expelled, further Wages 400. "Later, I went to a factory, but the factory is too labor-intensive, I did not go had to resign, the boss said to be two months in advance that I was detained 300 yuan." The year Wang Zhi, head no rights concept, "is indeed confused, the boss said buckle on the buckle, and then I did not find them now is not so easy, there are provisions of labor law, not to mention in advance Two months, that is to resign on the spot, the boss have to knot wages. " Let people find collective withdrawn Wang Zhi emboldened, from where his charity organization "Workers House." In 2002, Wang Zhi met Sun Heng Sun Heng Henan Kaifeng was the Fourth of music teacher. May 1 that year, Wang Zhi and Sun Heng, who organized the "Youth work performance team", various construction sites in Beijing obligations performances. July 2004, the show has been renamed to team work young troupe, now called new workers troupe. Troupe incorporated the "Beijing Cultural Development Center family of workers." Wang Zhi, who simply start a full-time, spend time "workers home." "Wages If you encounter a problem, we'll come up with ideas, so that workers and bosses negotiations boss know someone behind support workers, in most cases will give you the money." Sun Heng said, "Workers House" role not only rights, but also make workers feel at home. In the spring night work, live interviews cui dance Geng Jianye, "You dance practicing this long?" "Two months now." Geng Jianye replied. Cui down the topic joked, "Two months ah, how to excel at this?" "Geng was not always this way, he was very lonely." Said Wang Zhi, Geng Jianye village in a leather furniture factory workers, normally, only work he does not love and outside contacts, "see that he was quite depressed, have when a long time do not eat. " Slowly, Wang Zhi find workers each hit home community dance team activities, Geng Jianye will look for a roadside stand. "I'll pull him in, jump together, he started just stand behind the team, then dare Wang Qianmian station, and now the people have become old Geng positive optimism." Partner: follow him on the line In 2004, working youth troupe released debut album, signed "the world is a work," sold 100,000 in one fell swoop, got 75,000 dollars in royalties. We use the money to build a concentric experimental school, dedicated to the children of migrant workers enrolled. "600 yuan a semester tuition in Beijing expensive." In 2008, the Museum of Arts and Culture working concentric reciprocal shops have been completed. Concentric reciprocity store is actually a second hand shop, "home workers" responsible for receiving from the community donated clothing at low prices sold to workers, reduce the cost of living. Cui and work together hosted the show, it is concentric experimental school principals Shen Jinhua. "In fact, the beginning is finalized Cui presided over a person, then we think there is only one man does not seem good, put me added to the list." Shen Jinhua memories, working until 20 minutes before the show began, she had the first and Cui a formal exchange, "I playbill told him again, but his style of humor presided casual, I am very nervous." Real on stage, but Shen Jinhua slowly down the heart, "I was in the space program, the creation of the context of a program of information and actor Cui told the teacher, and the rest is his improvisation, and I follow him on the line . " The most attractive is the imitation of "Yesterday? Today? Tomorrow" piece "in the city home security." Wang Zhi act as "cui", on stage interviews show the true nature of working couples Xiao Wang, Hao Zhixi. He later learned cui sitting corner, watching this group of workers who had to play their own. "This essay for 20 minutes, Cui look quite happy, ending Shihai Pro boast this program." Shen Jinhua said. "He can make this community something normal" Cui boast wage Spring Festival Evening show, Cui boast many of the same people. "In my mind, Cui was a real person in contact with in recent years, I found that Cui was a wise man, he can not now assume the role." I heard afterwards cui hosted a working Spring Festival, Li Chengpeng expressed "I do not intend to take and other CCTV host Cui Yongyuan compared Nowadays, many people like to pretend biggest names, Cui is different. If you have to locate him, I think he is a thinker of our time, he is unwilling dressed CCTV host this gorgeous coat, but the courage to abandon their own. " In addition to Cui themselves, who do not know, Oprah presided over the work of this Spring Festival remembered something. Just remember workers who, after the end of the evening, Cui and they said, "This is my presided over the most primitive conditions,http://www.nj-bridge.com/ad/Review.asp?NewsID=486, the smallest of the show, but let me the most moving, the most gracious, the most warm Spring Festival." "Cui was moving his stated goal, the goal is to make the whole society becomes normal number." Li Chengpeng said.
