It is a great help if you are congested. The neti pot is available at most pharmacies or can be ordered online. Fill the neti pot with warm water and then add 1/4 tbs. of sea salt. Mix and then lean over the sink, tilting your head to one side. Start pouring the water in one nostril until it comes out the other nostril. Then lean your head to the other side and repeat using the opposite nostril.
