Make Your Own Kind of Music Review<br><br>Maybe it is that we are getting closer to the very end of DEXTER that they have saved the best arc for last. The last few episodes, in this critics opinion have been shy of the quality we are used to. Things seemed muddled and messy last week when DEXTER was SHOWTIME's only only big original show of ratings clout to deal with. Now there is Californication, Shameless and even Ray Donovan on Dex's tail, it might be a good time to put the nail in the proverbial coffin but not without some signature DEXTER panache.<br><br>As if the late Mama Cass's opus Your Own Kind of Music was not eerie enough on its own, it falls into the super creepy category as it mosses itself over the episode. A far cry from last week's lightweight and hohum We There Yet? this episode is a viscous game of cat and mouse. After the major brainectomy of the young apprentice Zach Hamilon (a character that was really growing on me) at the end of last week,michael kors bags for cheap, it is fascinating to watch Vogel and Dex work a crime scene together. Dexter's neighbor Cassie that was killed mysteriously by bludgeoning is still on the loose but one of the first people that arrived at the police scene and griefstricken was the doting boyfriend Oliver Saxon. Seemingly harmless guy except his hair matches that of his mothers: his mom being Dr. Evelyn Vogel. Whoa.<br><br>In a heart to heart with Vogel, she regales in a wanton story of sadness, the doctor speaks of her past and that the mental institution where Daniel was admitted died in a gleaming blaze of fire set on the hospital. It is so interesting to see Vogel's reactions as she and Dex plan to go find him,www.innovati.net/katespadehandbags.html, drug him and take him to a facility. First they sit and have some tea and you just know whats next. With a little Hannah help with one of her magic potions,red bottom shoes, Dex doses the good doctor's tea. I think he knew that this was a setup. But this kid is smart and doesn't fall for Dex's act and know he was being tailedcutting Dexter's tires for good measure.<br><br>What I thought was so interesting in this particular episode is that Hannah since killing her gazillionaire abusive husband, she has taken refuge in the arms of Dexter. A couple of strikes against Hannah are working against her but Dex finds it in his heart to assist the damsel in distress. After all, we do crazy things for love. Marshals. The funniest and kind of ridiculous scene is when Deb gets home from work and sees Dex Hannah waiting there. In perfect Deb fashion she spews her signature expletives as Dex asks his kid sis if his exgf that tried to kill them both can bunk at her place for a few nights. Hysterical. Later, Deb and Hannah actually have dinner made by the latter which is funny in all sorts of ways.<br><br>When Dexter goes back to an angry Vogel for being drugged, she wants nothing to do with him. The finale is too good to give away but Vogel's maternal skills marvel me.
